Watch out, Hollywood. There’s a new actor in town, and he just so happens to be an adorable hedgehog named Marutaro.
This is Marutaro, and at first glance he looks like just your average (albeit adorable) hedgehog.
Marutaro isn’t a normal hedgeghog, though…
He’s a MASTER OF DISGUISE.
With the help of his human, he assumes new identities.
Sometimes they’re silly…
…or fierce…
…or sinister…
…but they’re always 100% cute.
Marutaro is really a method actor. He embodies each identity as if it were his own.
Is this a rock star or is it Marutaro? No one knows.
This portrayal of a traffic cone was one of Marutaro’s most moving performances.
Goatee Man was another show-stopper.
No matter the role, he’s a delight and an inspiration.
There’s no telling what role he’ll be playing next, but one thing’s for sure: he’s a natural.
Something tells me we’re going to be seeing an Oscar nom’ in the very near future for Marutaro.
