Gan Chin Lin’s Instagram account, a visual smorgasbord of cool, edible creations, is every foodie’s dream. But the pumpkin “Despicable Me”-inspired pancakes and vegan red velvet cakes are more than just impeccably executed photos. Cooking, baking and shooting the dishes helped save the Singapore teen’s life. She had long struggled with an eating disorder and this was the only thing that helped her recover. As you can see in the photos below, she is extremely talented.
