This Guy Claims To Be “World’s Best Dad.” Seems Bold, But Wait Til You See These Photos!

Photographer Dave Engledow has been taking photos of his daughter Alice Bee since she was born in 2010. He refers to himself as World’s Greatest Dad, and one thing’s for sure: his photos are hysterical. 

Engledow and his daughter get into a bunch of misadventures when they’re together, and he documents them all.

Sometimes the photos they create are inspired by real-life events.

And sometimes they’re completely surreal.

Engledown started the photos when Alice was little as a way to document his experiences as a father.

And now the creations are being compiled into a book.

Engledow never loses his sense of humor about parenting…

…even when creating images that work through some of his worst fears as a father.

Most of the photos are taken of each of them separately, then they composites are photoshopped together.

Alice is often bribed to pose for the photos with tasty treats as a reward.

But Engledow says that the day his daughter stops being enthusiastic about making the photos, he won’t push her further.

The creations they make together are a fun activity that he intends for her to cherish in her adulthood.

And who wouldn’t love having a series of photos this fun with their dad?

A lot of the Engledows’ photos are inspired by pop culture, too.

Each photo is like a moment out of the family’s timeline.
